Team spirit and leadership
I am an excellent team player and can easily switch from following to lead and back. I enjoy having mentors but also love teaching my knowledge to others. As a servant leader, I have successfully built up, developed and lead teams.
Crossfunctionality
I consider myself very empathic. In my work, it helps me to understand the needs and concerns of not only the customers but also the stakeholders and the engineers. I have a strong interest and understanding of technology and development which helps me even more in communicating with other divisions.
Structure to the chaos
I feel thrilled by complexity. As a stonemason sees the figurine in the undressed rock I like to imagine that every project has a hidden pattern that I have to reveal. My biggest strength is to gather information and connect it. UX design can be maddening – or challenging.
